Little Eatz - yum!

Now for a product review...by a very picky Max (nope, wasn't asked, paid, etc. to review this)...

YUM!!! Peanut Butter treats ROCK!

You say somethin' Ma? I can't hear you over my crunching!

We got these Little Eatz, all natural, peanut butter gourmet goodies in our BarkBox, they are made in Louisville, Kentucky and Max LOVES these things!!! I had a mild panic attack (ok, exaggeration but still!), when we couldn't find them anywhere Sunday so guess we'll be Internet shopping for them! (Update: we found them online and there is currently a Bark Box special of buy 2 get 1 free! yea! I hit the spend money (aka buy), button fast! Not too sure how well tomorrow morning will go after potty time without them! It's like his puppy "crack" or something - you have to understand HOW picky Max is and STUBBORN! Wish us luck until we get the hook-up! :)

In the meantime we got all crazy and risked buying another form of peanut butter treats that hopefully will serve as a helpful incentive for Max's recall problem (well, I know the problem is me...I'm a bad teacher I guess but still desperately trying!) and thank the Dog Gods that he likes them too!!! Yea! Major score! It's  Zukes Mini Naturals Fresh Peanut Butter Formula - made in Colorado! He loved them - but they are no Little Eatz cookie though :(

Poor Max.. I ended up putting the shirt back when I saw the price...we'll have to see if it goes on clearance!

WTD?! Am I at least getting treats since you ripped the shirt out of the cart?!
Did any of you get the Little Eatz in your Bark Box last month?
What do your pups think of them?
How about the Zukes Mini Naturals?

Update:  Monday and now Tuesday and although Max will eat the Zukes, he is still very confused and looking back at were we keep the Little Eatz and doing his puppy dance in front of the cabinet, gosh I feel guilty about running out!

Have a beautiful today full of special treats!

Prayers and well wishes to those affected by the senseless tragedy in Boston yesterday. Wishing you all peace and comfort.

  3. They sound scrummy. We are having peanut butter and jam on our tablets now as pees went out to buy some yesterday after the trouble with making us take our pills. LOL! Epic win. Your mum is like ours. She'd wait for the stuff to go into clearance too. Have a terrific Tuesday.
    Best wishes Molly

  9. Haha doggy crack. Beamer's part lab, so everything edible is crack to him.

Glad Max loved the Little Eatz cookies so much. Did you try them yourself? I thought they were ok, but felt I'd break my teeth on them!

The plaid shirt you put down was soooo cute. I was excited to see Max in that until you said you put it back.

Yep, we'll go back next week to see if the shirt gets marked down but now way am I paying that much!

  16. Zuke's Mini Naturals Peanut Butter are Kelsey's go to treats. I love that they are made in the USA. The small size is great for small dogs and for training. Also, Kelsey tends to swallow things whole and has yet to choke on one of these. That shirt sure would look cute on Max, but I do the same thing with Kelsey...wait until it's on sale. I hope Max gets lots of yummy treats today.

    1. Ha, I was just thinking that when I think of Kelsey, I think of this beautiful, model-like, regal and refined puplady and can't see her chomping on a bone so glad she is remaining the elegant lady in my head eating bite sized treats...hate to destroy my Queen Elizabeth like image :)

  17. Surprisingly my Westie doesn't like peanut butter! I think he is the only dog in the world that doesn't like it! My Cocker Spaniel does though - but he can't have it as he as to have a certain diet because of a easy weight gain and easy upset tummy condition he has! Bless him, only very healthy made treats for him!

Lovely photos by the way! Please follow my dog blog at: http://mydogdiaries1.blogspot.co.uk/

    Thankyou!

    1. Jessica, oh course I am and have already been following you...look at the right sidebar :)...perish the thought of me NOT following such a fine young lady as yourself! :) Seriously, I do adore your blog!! Wow, I am surprised at he doesn't like it...but Max is super finicky too!!Sorry about your other pup not being able to eat them :( but I have no doubt that you give him equally as tasty treats that don't upset his tummy. I have to say that I am sooo excited to have someone as young as you blogging - I love it!!!

  18. Those sound yummy, although Rita has gone off plain peanut butter. She used to love it, but now she turns her nose up. Don't know what I'll hide pills in if she ever needs to take any!

    1. Well, I have used cheese before for the pills and those pill wrapper thing that are chicken flavored so maybe you can try that? I just now snapped and realized, duh why not coat them in peanut butter but cheese is Max's next best favorite.

  19. My Mommie's sister had a german shepard that loved anything peanut butter - in fact she once had to take him to the V.E.T. because the dog broke into the cabinet and ate a whole bag while she was at work!

  22. it's so funny because i was going to recommend zuke's minis for max then i kept reading and, oops, you already know about them. BOL. bailey loves anything zuke's. actually so do i; they're a great company. the minis are easy for bailey to chew. she has trouble eating anything crunchy unless i break it up for her. i actually have to cut up everything she eats into pea size portions. looks like max doesn't have any problems eating crunchies!

    1. Thanks, I had read a few of the other blogger family's mentions of Zukes but never tried them and figured it would be another waste of money because Max is so ridiculously picky but he loves them! I think I might even get a different flavor becuase I just think he's gotta get tired of peanut butter everything so we'll see how that goes! Bailey is so cute...like a little princess pup to me <3 (my daughter told me that is supposed to be a heart). Hugs!
