La Grange, Texas Visit

Big adventure yesterday...Ma had the whole day off!!! We grabbed my big brother and off we went...we're only just gonna tell ya about the first stop today though.. to Rosemary's Vineyard, 5501 Hwy 71 East, La Grange, TX 78945 (979) 249-2109...I'm not a wine drinker cuz Ma says no wine for pups (urr!!),  but Ma loved this wine!!! Even bought a bottle that she's gonna share with my big sis!

Here's a Youtube video Ma found to show you more

Emmett and Beatrice Schulze pouring Ma a sample

Yum!

Ma...I'm old enough in dog years! Come on!!! Just ONE drink?!!

Guess I'll have to be happy to explore the OUTSIDE...humm..Moms!!!....I just wanted one little sip!!! Urr!

Ma tried getting creative with her new camera

Ansel Adams you are not Ma! ha!

Ma thinks I walk cute!

Give 'em what they want right?!

Time to stop and smell the flowers (Ma wrote that corny sentence!)

That breeze feels good on my strawberry blonde fur!

I better at LEAST get a darn treat since Ma won't let me taste the wine!

Ohh...what's this...my big brother has awaken from sleeping in the car and is getting out of the car...surely HE will give me a treat?!!

Ha...I have big brother wrapped around my little paw! He gave me TWO treats...hey Ma...see! THAT is what you're supposed to do! Not ONE measly little treat! I LOVE going places with Brother! Although we don't talk about those uneven legs and his odd two-legged walk he has like Ma's....must be bad genes but he's a Two treater Bro so I'll overlook his leg flaws! :)  What's next?! What's next?!! Come on...hurry and put ya'll seat belts on!! Let's Go!

Have a beautiful today of finding hidden gems!!!

  5. What a fun adventure. Most of our wineries in Oregon are pet friendly as well. We even have an event called 'Canines Uncorked' and it is all about bringing your dogs out to the wineries to enjoy the day!! Glad you had fun and we love your pictures of blooms!

    1. I'm really seeing more and more places that are ok if you bring your pup if they are behaved. This place didn't say it was pet friendly but when I asked if I could let Max out and walk him and showed her my bone pooper bags she laughed and said of course! They were really nice people! Great tasting wine too...not much bite, which is good for me!
