That, Sir Max is why you pay me the BIG BUCKS...there was a 6 foot long lizard, (yea, yea, yea... Ma must have photo-shopped him down to a more reasonable size for photography sake), anyway so there was this 8 foot lizard with 3 inch teeth roaming around The Palace Grounds surely wishing to endanger you, but not to concern yourself Sir Max, I captured him and am bringing him in for questioning, pretty sure he was hunting Deer Headed Chihuahua's too! But I am "The Great 9 Foot Lizard Warrior of The Palace Grounds-Bodyguard Supreme" - no worries with me on your Staff Sir Max! |
Typical cat exaggerate EVERYTHING....but I suppose they have their purpose - they give us something to chase gawoof gawoof
ReplyDeleteYep, as of yesterday the lizard was now 20 feet! :)
DeleteOMD Max, Thunder Kitty sure had the situation under control. Stay safe now. Have a super Saturday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
Thunder Kitty is hilarious and prompty lost the lizard so chased grass that the wind was blowing instead :)
DeleteOh Thunder Kitty. He's such a good body guard. Our cat used to hunt 20ft mice for us. And then gift it to us the next morning.
ReplyDeleteI hope the lizard is ok.
Yep, my Mom's cat Annie used to give us those delightful gifts too. Oh, yes the lizard is fine...it got away quickly!
DeleteHey Max,
ReplyDeleteI so need to get myself one of those Thunder Kitty Guard Cats! I have to do security all by myself here!! :)
Hope you're having a fun day and stay safe!
Your pal Snoopy :)
Snoopy..you? having to do security? Oh no...that unsavory job should be left up to a Cat...must talk to your Ma about hiring a full time staff to keep your Palace Grounds free of questionable characters. No kind of job for a regal King such as your Snoopness!
DeleteYikes, better go back inside, that sounds pretty gruesome!
ReplyDeleteDip Bridge and Elliot x
Can ya'll imagine? Thunder Kitty let the suspect GO?!! I'm thinking about hiring additional security!
Deleteuh, Max, that Thunder Kitty needs another training course...I chase lizzies every day here and you haf to be careful or they take off their tails and run away...Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteGizmo, yes Thunder has learned that lesson in last year's Training Camp for Apprehending Lizards but it seems we need Mouth Drop to Paw Security 101 Class still!
DeleteDoes Thunder Kitty go fishing, the one that got away was this big.
ReplyDeleteSheba.
Today, we're hearing 30 feet long! Yes, she does fish and once, while fishing by herself,,,eeh humm....got a WHALE...but released it before we returned!
DeleteI hope you have a good weekend too!:D
ReplyDeleteHaving a great weekend! Had yesterday off and had a blast!!! You?
DeleteMax, you are so funny. And so lucky to have your palace guard watching out for you!
ReplyDeleteStay safe, my little friend!
Well, I am obviously going to request additional staff for Thunder though as I believe the Palace Grounds have become too much for her to manage alone...thinking Stanley is always around so we may have to hire him as well!
DeleteHave a great weekend! Hugs to my friend Rita! No, Chloe...just a "friend" hug....geez!
Mom has taught my sister and I to fear those kinds of things but our cat would be happy to help us out too, unfortunately, he is an indoor cat.
ReplyDeleteBummer...Thunder Kitty refuses to come in unless it's raining, really cold or super hot...even then Ma sometimes has to go pick her up...it's funny to see Ma holding Security!
DeleteGood girlie Thunder Kitty ;) You're a pretty kitty now aren't you? :)
ReplyDeleteJessica, Charlie Boy and Roman xxx
She often uses her good looks to get closer to the suspects in question! :)
DeleteAhhhhhhhh!!!! Run away! Run away! :)
ReplyDeleteRun away...heck no..I'm not ABOUT to go out there until I KNOW the coast is clear! :)
DeleteOMD, Thunder is a fantastix bodyguard, Alfie would squeal like a squirrel if he saw a lizard..BOL xx00xx
ReplyDeleteMollie and Alfie
Ha, so Alfie isn't on your Security Staff Mollie? Then what position does Alfie hold under your Rule as Supreme Being of The House?
DeleteBeautiful are you a Russian Blue?
ReplyDeleteBadger Boo asked me to stop by and let you know that we have finally found you xxx
Badger Boo!! Yea! Sorry if I can't type and gave you a bum blog address! (See Ma, you should let ME do the typing!!!...Urrr Max really?! Just Sayin' Ma!) Anyway, glad to see you! We aren't sure if Thunder is a real Blue or not...I was only supposed to watch Thunder a few days for a friend but that was years ago now :) Vet thinks so though.
DeleteCertainly looks a LOT like my Russian Blues who was called Blue, I know not very original lol
DeleteMax, I'm sure it was nothing! Honestly, the things a cat and dog come up with when they are together. Knowing you Max it was just a big plot to get treats.
ReplyDeleteDina
Hummm...actually this wasn't a plot but that does give me a great idea!....
DeleteGood job Thunder kitty. Those critters are no match for you!
